The Bengaluru International Air¬port (BIA) has bagged the Best Emerging Airport - Indian Sub-continent award, given bv the Emerging Markets Airports Awards (EMAA) in Dubai. BIA was declared the win¬ner after the tabulation of the poll results from industry chiefs and leaders across the world airports. BIA CEO Marcel Hungerbueh-ler said that this award was a showcase of the team's hard work and dedication. "It has been only under two years and this airport has received accolades for its opera¬tional efficiency on an international level," he said
